Where to find the clamp/brackets they use to hold the 2x4s in chopping competitions??

Figured I would post here also.

Looking to build a table setup like the ones you see in the cutting competitions. I was wondering if anybody knew where to get the bracket/clamps they use to hole both 2x4s. I have included a couple pics of what they look like.

My guess is that they are purpose made.

Yeah I thought that might be the case. I guess I need to find someone to make some.

If you have some basic metal working tools it's pretty simple... a couple pieces of channel iron, a couple pieces of flat bar, some bolts with a cross piece to make a T, a couple drilled/tapped holes, and a couple welds and you've got them.

If you DON'T have the stuff to make them, that's a whole new story, lol

You plan on doing a bunch of practice cutting?
