Definitely check with the auctioneers in the area. Besides anvils, it's amazing what tools you'll get at farm or estate auctions.
For instance, I paid $7 for a Craftsman tool box that contained among many other things five Vicegrips. You can't beat that.

It weighs 172 lbs and looks like a Haybudden to me but says BuckWorth under neath it has a stamped pic of a ball pein hammer head with "original" stamped in the side of the hammer head, on the left side of the H Head it says "Trade" and on the right it says "Mark" and right where the handle would meet the head it is stamped "rege" so after all that my 102lb peter wright is for sale I will have pics up today or tomorro but don`t know how good they will be!
