Where to get Free Music downloads?
Just got an MP3 player to use with the stereo in the shop and actually figured out how to use it!
Suggestions...

If you wan't one specific song at at time I have used

http://beemp3.com/

Youhave to enter a math question and then wait.
They have trick buttons close by that link to ads, or paid downloads.
pay attention and wait & it works.

It is slow though, you have to search, watch and get each one.

If you want every disc ever made by an artist
I google

"artist discography .mp3 torrent"

it assumes you use torrent files.

It lets you download and walk away

Ask your kids or someone elses, they know how.

I've been using listentoyoutube dot com with youtube vids.
Takes less then a minute per video, though I'll recommend the high quality conversion.
Youtube fortunately has lots of music, not sure you couldn't find what you were looking for on it.

Filestube.com

"Artist" "Album" "mediafire"

example:

Mogwai Mr Beast mediafire

Download one at or above 70mb and the quality should be fine.

Dont pirate songs, just pay the freakin dollar or so, i gaurentee that one single song has had more effort put into it than any knife ever made.

Mr. Antihero is exactly correct. Support the artists who create the music you enjoy.

Yea, poor Eminem.

It's only funny, until somone goes to jail for piracy.

I find it funny that people think stealing from someone rich is just fine, plus when you buy a song the artist gets a small fraction of what you are paying. When you buy one of my songs off of iTunes or the like i get about 13 cents out of the 99 cents you paid and even big bands get about 3 bucks out of the 12 you bought the cd for.

And there should be repurcussions for stealing, regardless.

You can get anything (and everything) through torrents. TPB or demonoid are my favorites.

If you really want to support your favorite artists, go see them in concert and buy a t-shirt.

They get fuck all from record sales these days....

It's not really up to me -- or to you -- to decide how the artists want to be supported. Most have said that they prefer that people buy their music.

Furthermore, it is very dangerous as a paradigm to move away from musicians being paid for their music and toward musicians being paid for their showmanship and their teeshirt graphics. We're already seeing enough of that. if you want there to be good music, then reward good musicians for creating it by buying it; that is what will encourage them to continue and create more and will enourage others to follow and the industry to bring us good new music and not so much flashier shows or better teeshirts.

And the reason they get "*** all" from record sales is no one buys songs/albums.

I also agree with Gollnick, if its all marketing we'll start seeing brands instead of bands.

download utorrent from utorrents website

after you download it, go to thepiratebay.org or isohunt.com and search for what you want. after you click the link to download the files, utorrent will show you what you are about to download, and you can select and unselect what you want.

ONLY DOWNLOAD FILES IN .MP3 FORMAT. NOTHING ELSE

do not click the ads or other links on these websites tho.
