this isn't a discussion of morality, if it was we could get sidetracked over how artists get completely ***** over by their labels over cd sales and only make pennies, while the label makes most of the money. Any artist will tell you, buying the cd does very little for them, what they want is to get you to a show, THATS where they make the money. But I digress...

To answer the OPs simple question. I use www.dirpy.com you cut and paste the youtube URL and it will tag and save it as an mp3.
