Where to get gold-plated machine screws?

Knowing my addiction...er, hobby...of knifemaking, a friend of mine thought that
I might know of a source for gold-plated machine screws? He thought that they may be used for knives. He's looking for a few with round or pan heads, 4-40 x 3/4" (longer would be OK) . This also got me thinking that gold would look great for pins, but I don't recall seeing it used. Anybody know where these screws and/or gold pins can be found?
Thanks,
Bob

I occassionally use gold screws and have 4-40 and 2-56 screws. They do look nice on certain knives that's for sure!

I bought them a long time ago but I think I got them from Koval Knives. Not sure if they are in business or not anymore??? Another place to try might be Sheffield Knife Supply.

The ones I got are not very long, I think they are only 1/4" in length.

Yo Sean and Charles,
Thanks for the leads. On Monday I'll be calling the companies that were mentioned (BTW - Jantz now owns Koval). This info is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
