I just bought a Severtech Spartan, and would like to know where I could get it machined to accept Trac-Tec grip-tape inserts?

Don't know what the inserts you are talking about are, but machine work is expensive. Look for a local job shop in your area, but be prepared to spend some coin. Most places wont even start on a lil job like that for less than a few hours of work (need to pay for the machines).

Okay, just googled the inserts. Like scale inserts? Seems like you could just drill and tap these to fit? Am I missing something?

I just moved this to Wanted: Knifemaker / Craftsman / Related Services. Lets see if one of our knifemakers can get the job done for you.

you are going to need the scales milled out for the inserts to fit into. when i get caught up on all the stuff i need to mill out i could possibly do them for you. i use a friends mill and i'm only able to use it when he is in his shop after hours. if you are not in a hurry i might be able to do them for you. send me an email with a number and i'll give you a call. rje196021@gmail.com
