where to get MAP workpiece rest for KMG belt grinder

About to order a KMG belt grinder, would like to also obtain Michael Kantner's "multi articulating positioning rest" for this machine [http://http://www.adammichaelknives.com/purchase.php]

The link above does not show a price, and in general doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know if this tool rest for the KMG is still available? If not, should I just make my own or are there other good tool positioners out there ready-made that I can attach to the KMG?

Thanks,

If you post a want to buy thread in the appropriate forum, I bet there is someone that would sell their MAP arm if they are not using it.

I tried contacting them several different ways and never got a response, only dead ends.
Travis Wuertz has a nice work rest on the grinder he sells. It uses 1-1/4" tooling arms, but the mounting brackets could be modified to fit on a KMG.
He sells the work rest separately.
I had something similar made for mine.
