Where to get rat 4?

Not to bash any one company, but there are a lot of people that have had bad experiences with this one, me included.
I wont order from them again.
I have had excellent experiences from 2 Wolves Outdoors, CRKC, Knifeworks, Knives Ship Free, Smoky Mnt Knife Works, and New Graham. They all have excellent communication, super fast shipping, and low prices. I've also had a very good conversation with a few of them. Seem like very good people overall!

Next would be Knife Center of the internet

Chestnut Ridge has a great website, have not ordered from them yet
Chestnut ridge has a large selection of Kydex sheaths as does Knife center

KSF has a informative web site, reviews of knives and gear.
 
I tried to order my RC4 from Paul but it was out of stock, so I ordered from knivesshipfree.com and the day it arrived about 3 weeks later Paul got new stock in.
Also ordering from the states I always get stung at cusoms for duty.
So my next RC blade will be coming from Paul as it will only take about 2 days to arrive and no customs!!
 
bought my RAT-1 folder from CRKS and they were great to deal with - good communication and fast shipping times.
 
Thanks, I was interested in the tan Rat 4, and the knife connection looks like they do not have it in stock right now. I appreciate all the advice.
 
Is it easier to buy online as opposed to local stores? I get the impression that people purchase their RAT's online.
 
I think most people buy online. It is hard to find a good brick and mortar for most of us.
