Where to get thumb studs?

I have a REKAT Pioneer that I feel deserves nicer(Translation: Easier on my thumbs) thumbstuds. I looked over in the links section without sucess. I tried the search function with even less luck. So, all of you knife gurus, where do I go for thumbstuds? Any ideas where these customs makes get their parts from? I can't imagine they make all of those small screws or thumb studs/ disks.
