where to get wheels?

I'll try to wrap up all my questions in one post

Anyone know where to get 8-10' alu\rubber wheels for making a grinder? I see grizzly has them are there any otherswhay are giz so much cheaper?
anyone have the link for the google search so i dont have to ask these questions?

If i go to Alro steel and ask for o-1 will this be the good stuff to make a knife out of?
