Where to purchase 3/16" zirconium round rod/bar??

Anyone know where I can actually buy it? American Metals Exchange said they can't get it. 1/4" is the smallest they can get. I've seen it listed on a couple mill sites but can't find a dealer. I know I can turn down the 1/4" but that is just throwing money away.

I want to do matching black zirc bolsters and standoffs on some linerlocks. Zirconium is just another exotic material choice. Guess nobody knows where to get it in 3/16" though. Looks like I'll be using 1/4".
