I was thinking about putting some kind of affiliate stuff on my website and was wondering where people buy knifes online? What's the cheapest/best place in the US and or internationally?

Thanks,

Since you are posting in Bladeforums you should add www.1sks.com. The owner of Bladeforums owns that site.

Up until I got stuff seized, I was dealing with knifecenter (www.knifecenter.com). They were great to deal with. Since then, I've been dealing with knifezone (www.knifezone.ca) up here. Not the cheapest, not the fastest, but I've been able to get pretty well what I've needed. Pauline has been great about letting me know when I can expect something, if it's going to be backordered. When I'm in that "impulsive" mood, and just can't wait, I deal locally.

For me, i have ordered through AG russels site a couple times without fail.

One thing i know helped get my orders across border was that they marked the package as having Cutlery inside,Instead of folding combat knives.

With that,in can be shipped Fed-Ex,otherwise they will not ship knives, lady here in my city informed of this on my first order, We do not ship weapons of any kind.

Except if its plain old cutlery.

Peace

i don't know where you are living, but buying from a site slightly more expensive, but "comprehensive" on pro-forma invoices, could be quite interesting also...(when you expect your parcel to cross borders... ;) )
Bestknives.com are quite nice about it...

New Graham Knives...Ya even get free bandaids in a nifty dispenser from 'em with your order. :)

1SKS...Buying for them helps to support BladeForums.

Those are the 2 best, IMO.

I've also had really good service from pvk.com, and they have a really good selection of autos. Tadgear has good prices and a decent selection, 1sks and Newgraham are my regular haunts, too.

New Graham Knives all the time! always been satisfied, i even don't check the other knifestores anymore.

I would like to use 1SKS but they charge 150$ for international shipping!
IMHO this is done to steer away international customers from their onlineshop. I regret it because it gives me the eery feeling the foreigners are not welcome to shop on 1SKS and i pitty that.

This is not a rant against 1SKS, but i wished there was a way to support their firm for providing the forum without having to pay 150$ to have a 50$ knive shipped international.

I am certain 1SKS has it's reasons for their policy but i hope they realise that they loose a lot of customers by using these rates.
