I just recently received my credit card bill. In it was an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE from your company of $253.95. The balance for the battle mistress I ordered 7 months ago. This strikes me as FRAUDULENT since I was not contacted by any member of your company regarding this charge or the shipment of my battle mistress which I HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!! You e mailed me almost two months ago stating that you will ship to me a battle mistress combat knife on 7/19/00. THE ONLY THING YOU DID WAS CHARGE MY CARD! YOU DID NOT SHIP ME A KNIFE! I DID NOT RECEIVE A KNIFE. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED PRIOR TO CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. Subsequently I have filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding this. I also e mailed you yesterday in the hopes of getting some explanation, but you have not responded. I am disappointed and very upset and feeling very RIPPED OFF AND ROBBED BY BUSSE COMBAT KNIFE COMPANY!
I know the moderator will delete this post so that other prospective customers will not be alarmed, but I will continue posting everyday until this matter is resolved.
Mr. Busse if you believe truly believe in integrity please resolve this as soon as possible. Refund my money or send me the knife.
