Whew ... (part 2) Blade Show 2008 knives

Well, Here are the fruits of my labor today. By the end of the day I had all 23 knives glued up and parts of a special project cut out.

I started out this morning with 3 knives glued up from last night. I had all my parts ready to go, just had to get all the pieces preped, and then glue them up.

Hope this is the down slope from here.....

I have large knives, Companions, thin kitchen stuff, this EDC stuff, Skinners, There is the 2nd Ever Super Grimlin in desert Ironwood....

I also am putting handles on a special project for someone who is no longer with us. There is a quick sneak peak of that too....

well, got all the handles rough shaped and 5 final sanded:thumbup: Started with the largest ones first....all downhill from hear Maybe - then the dreaded leather fest:thumbup:

right now I have 30 total....maybey 32..... Got all my leather cut not 10 min ago. Ready to stain it! 4 wont have sheaths because there Chefs Knives.

Every time I read another "BLADE" thread....it's like a kid reading The Night Before Christmas......I CAN'T WAIT!!!


(And I like all those blades...especially the Chefs and the three along the bottom!)

I wanted soooo bad to be there this year Watching you prepare over the past 8-10 months has been the next best thing to doing it myself though. Thanks for sharing your hard work and preparation for the show with us.............. It won't be long now
