I would be loath to trust any rifle with a detachable magazine. In accordance with Murphy, detachable = lost. Give me a manually operated model (pump, bolt, or lever) with a tubular magazine and I will be happy.
I'm more familiar with the Swiss mathematician's principle which is still used mistakenly to explain the theory of flight.
Back to .22s. First define your survival parameters. For example, for me the .22 would have to fire all available ammo. Clips make me nervous - I've had feed problems so I prefer tubular. No matter what the selection, if you don't shoot it enough for you to make an automatic, rapid, accurate shot, you're just having fun with specs; you're not serious about surviving.
I was in a position similar to yours recently. I want a nice .22 to complement the Garand that I have coming in. I checked out the Rugers, Marlins, and CZs. I'm going with the CZ 452 Trainer. As a matter of fact I'm going to the store tomorrow to pick one up. It is a well made weapon and comes with excellent iron sights--just the ticket to practice my iron-sighted shooting with.
