Which 2x72 Grinder

George from NR told me he is backlogged but working on a batch of 500 grinders now. That will take a bit longer but there will be plenty when done.
I have one and it is great.

Damn. That's a long time to wait. Did you have it customized in some way? I hate to hear this because their grinders are top notch quality. If I had to guess I would say they must be putting grinders in line behind the other machining contracts they have. I know their facebook page has drastically slowed down when it comes to fresh pics. I hope you get some answers soon.
No special requests or mods just a standard package.

That's good to know. I know running a small business is difficult and he's probably cook and bottle washer so I'll be patient.

Has anyone that has ordered a Northridge actually gotten one recently? If so how long was the wait?
I ordered one back in September and haven't received one yet. I followed up a couple months after my order and was told another 4-6 weeks. That was 3 months ago. Not so smooth on the customer service in my book.

I had a similar experience, but slightly different. I was out of the country the past few years and tried e-mailing Northridge about buying a grinder. No reply. Tried again a month later, no reply. Asked on here about a different way to contact that was not calling as I didn't have a phone out of the country. Someone on here got a hold of him and he finally replied to my e-mail, but in the e-mail which said I can't call him, he just said to call him. So I finally get a hold of a phone, call him on a Friday 3 different times throughout the day. No answer. The phone isn't my phone so I can't have him call me back as it was a public phone. Call back on the next Monday, get a hold of him finally and all he says is that they are out of stock for 4 months and he can't take my order. It's been 7 months since I got a hold of him. I did call back and get put on a waiting list. Have heard nothing about the grinders from him since then.

I ended up buying a Pheer from Jose as every time I emailed him, I had a reply at the latest by the next morning, most were the same day, and they all were sent after hours for Jose. I went with Pheer for the much better customer service from him over Northridge.
