I went with the 1501, and so far I am loving it. Very thin and lightweight knife. I'm also really liking the flow through design. The G10 and and blue barrel backspacers are good looking. It is also the smoothest knife i have ever owned. The knife will go from full open to full closed with just disengaging the lock. The only thing that I can see that some might consider a negative is the G10 is not real "grippy". It isn't a problem for me because I don't use my knives very hard. This is without a doubt my favorite folder I have ever had. I don't have nearly as much experience with "nice" folders as some on here have. My previous knives were sod buster jrs, a BM mini barrage, delica, and a rat 2. The 1501, in my opinion, is a much higher quality knife than any of those.
