Yup comes with hardware and screws right in. If u want to take a step further, I cut a black plastic rectangle out of a 3 ring binder folder, make a inch or so loop, and screw it in between the sheath and clip, making a lightweight fire steel holder. Works great.

Do you happen to know if the Syderco G-Clip holes line up with the Kabar BK14/24 sheaths?
