It does look pretty orange in the picture, but that is brown canvas micarta.

Hey guys question, I just got the 590 boost absolutely love it hands down my favorite of 60 plus knives beautiful made too . What I was wondering after I deploy it and it comes out with authority speed when I go to close the axis button lock is so hard to close and makes a click after I finally get it to shut . It looks like this happens during the open it get stuck. Does that finally break in or should I add a lube to it ? All my other bm are butter smooth. The color and blade and speed and finally a great pocket clip are great I love it . Well thanx fellas hope u all have a nice holiday

My Axis lock actuated easily. Maybe give it some time to break in. If it continues after a coupe weeks, send it in to BM. Many of my BM knives would have that stick until they broke in.
