You are correct. I put it back once because it was a little too light. The sales person let me handle the knife again for 10 min or so. I changed my mind and had to have it.This one felt really light when I was at Cabela's. Like this wood makes it even lighter than cf variant. Don't own any versions of this one, so just thoughts from handling them at stores. Enjoy the blade.

^^ I have a mini-P 2 auto that I like a lot. I think the Presidio changes from ver 1 to ver 2 were well thought out and executed.
Been meaning to try the Loco for a couple years now, finally made it happen. Neat knife!
OK, your picture did it... I have a Mini Loco on the way.
Usually, I do not prefer "mini versions" of a full sized BM. Made a mistake and bought the full sized Crooked River, and found it somewhat cumbersome for my taste. Was going to get the full sized Loco, but decided to go with the mini on this one. Will update after it gets here. They're different animals despite similar aesthetics. The Mini is a compact powerhouse. I hope you like it!
Love those scales on the Bugout! Who makes them?
