Carrying my 940 today. I got it back from BM with a new blade. I must say the pivot is adjusted perfectly….no blade play and can still flick open and shut. Maybe new springs?? Also came back sharp but I still refined it on my Wicked Edge before using.
 
I am still excited about this find. I stumbled across a 940-1702 in stock for a VERY discounted price right before Christmas when I was placing an order for socks of all things. I have been wanting one of these for a while so I had to jump on it.
