DE assisted 580 barrage
The barrages are best when deassisted!
I liked mine with the safety removed, but assist in place. The new grey G-10 with S30V has my attention!

What is the silver pin between those scales? Never seen that before. Is that something on the large griptilians?

Yes those are micarta, Python canvas micarta scales with a brown canvas micarta cogged end spacer.
One of my very favorite setups.

It's a spacer that goes on the tail end of the partial liners.
It keeps the liners perfectly parallel.
It is present on (almost) all full sized griptilian/Ritter knives.
