I like it! Two things I like over the 761. The first is the size. It's just scaled better to my hand than the 761 was, which kinda felt like a giant slab.

But I really like that BM added a tip up option on the 765 as I MUCH prefer that for the clip position.

In all other respects, it is just what it looks like. A smaller 761 - the lock is just as awesome. Build quality is perfect. They are great knives, both.
