Thank you brother!! This knife has the smoothest action of any knife I have felt! It literally flies open!! Drops closed with the slightest shake and feels great in hand!
It's just a pleasure! Extremely fine slicer too! It is the sharpest blade out of the box I have seen!

Hello!!
They replaced every screw, the clip, the springs, oiled it, sharpened it beautifully and straightened out the lock bar. Very little pressure on it when locked open.
It really feels like a brand new knife again! It only took around 2 weeks, including shipping!

Thanks for the information. I had contacted BM about replacing my serrated blade for a plain edge, they let me know they don't have blades for that model any longer.
