What type of blade would be better suited for all around use: a semi-skinner or utility? I like the look of the semi-skinner, but I am not a hunter.
 
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by a "utility" blade. But the semi-skinner is a useful blade shape whether you are a hunter or not.
