Which BM AFCK model is best? Axis or Liner?

A 3mm section of the blade closest to the handle is not sharpened (you'll see when you get yours). According to Benchmade (or at least the woman I spoke to) this is the norm.

Where did you see a tip up/tip down carry.? (Never mind I saw it on the BM web site)
