Victorinox by a landslide. My kitchen cutlery is Forschner, I have SAKs scattered all over the place (I couldn't go 3 feet anywhere I inhabit without bumping into a SAK), followed by Spyderco and then others like Case, GEC, and in no particular order; Benchmade (used to be way more of these but QC went to crap and prices went way up), SURVIVE!, KA-BAR, ESEE, AHTI, etc.
