Which Buck to carve a Turkey or Ham?

Ok, at our friends I didn't bring my Empress 9" carver. Of course they did not have a sharp knife in the house. Then they ask me to do wonders and carve the turkey with their knife. Luckily I had my 334 Trapper on me. It saved the day and could do presentable slices on a turkey breast. DM

guess ya know what to do for them for Christmas gift of sorts. sharpen their knives up.

It’s really sad that some people can’t sharpen a knife. They are lucky you were there to save the day.

I think next time we're invited somewhere for a holiday meal. I'll be sure to grab my Tru-Blue filet knife, model 539. With it's thin 5 1/2" blade it can neatly carve a turkey breast and fit in the console. DM
