Well its obvious that this subject is still a hot topic around here. I don't expect that it will ever go away either. Not much else to say, except that we do have to keep some of the more flagrant adjectives out of this forum.
Thank you,

Joe,

I was very pleased to see the Import - domestic / Origin column added to this years catalog. It shows that Buck is trying to be more open about which products are imported. (even though it doesn't say which country).

Now, would it be that difficult to add the same information to the Company website? Seems like that would help cool off this hot topic in many cases.

I bought a 327TT last night. Although it is made in China it is a very nice knife. Fit and finish are very good and the TiNi coating really makes the knife look special. My only complaint has nothing to do with it being Chinese. Even though there is a thumb stud on both sides this is not an ambidextrous knife. It is righthanded and that is that. The clip gets in the way for lefthanded opening and if you remove the clip the frame lock feels very unergo in your left hand. I may not carry this knife much but it is a 300 so I needed it.

I'm with Will on this one, I wish Buck would take the extra step to make their knives fully reversible for southpaws. Ka-Bar and others have done it with their economy lines, like the Doziers, and the price is still competitive.
