Which Busse Blade would you use to cut this? (cool pic)

Before heart surgery, at 6'8" and 300 pounds, I could have eaten it and all the trimmings with time to spare! Once tried to get a co-worker in a steak-eating contest at a company function (they were free) and to spot him one steak. He wouldn't do it, because he knew amateurs shouldn't mess with professionals!
Now, at a svelte 250, I wouldn't touch that thing! Eating like that in the past is undoubtedly why I had the surgery in the first place.

I would pull out my LMS. :D :D

Like they say: How do you eat an elephant?... One bite at a time.

Say, anyone with a Stealth Hawk they'd like to try on it?

I'm with chiseen.

Even a little Mean Street could whittle that hamster-ass up into kindling.

Geez, guys, it's like you're taking tactical nukes to a knife fight. ;)

You are right Donald, Tampa has some fine steak joints: Berns, Shulas, Ruth Chris, Charleys, etc...

Biggest steak I ever put down was 48oz, but that 72oz (with no bone mind you) scared it to death!! (Of course my steak was on top of a huge lobster tail!).

WTF - a fully serrated #9 - wow! That would do that 72oz in fast! That would also cut thru that rope that holds the big cruise ships at dock!

The best Steak money can buy is from a good Butcher shop! My brother-in-laws are butchers and they hook me up with the best Sirloin, Porter, and Shell Steakes anywhere. And since I am a BIG guy, they cut it as thick as I want!

I got one of the smoke barrel type bar-b-q grill where I light up wood, or charcoal, on one (right) side, let it get nice and hot, then cook the THICK, steak on the other side with the lid closed. It comes out perfect! I add my own spices, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Roast some onion and portabello mushrooms and BOY!

That's GOOOOOD EATIN!:D

After I eat that baby, I have myself a 18 year old Scotch, and a fine cigar.

That's livin!
