Which Busse knife, that is no longer in your collection do you miss the most?

The one's I "have no regrets on" the most are a Basic 5 and a Mean Street, but especially the 5. That had to be the best knife of it's size ever.

For me there are three.

A Triple Ground BME Bolo.

A Triple Ground BME that I sold to a Marine Lt. that was being deployed to Afganistan and so did not have time to wait for an order to be placed.

And last but not least a Straight Battle Mistress with a Coated False Sharpened Swedge, not really sharp, but not flat or round on the top.

I bought this satin SHBM from a Busse sale table at a gun show in Berea OH.
right around labor day '99. Didn't know anything about Busse, but it looked like a cool knife. I sold it about 2 years later, I don't know why.

I wasn't really into Busse until I happened upon the forum. Since then I've been kicking myself over that knife that I sold 6 years ago.

If anyone bought a satin SHBM from some dufus near Cleveland around '01, he wants it back, top dollar paid. (please forgive the WTB ad).

I can't get over getting rid of my user SHBA. Now the various SH Safe Queens are all I have... If anyone has a user SHBA and wants to trade for mint SH Mean Streets of all flavors, (LMS-to-Fatter than I've ever seen), you can help me out of my depression...

This is a great "learn from other peoples' mistakes" thread for me. Without mentioning a particular model, there is at least one or two here that I have thought about selling. Thank God you folks are talking some common sense into me. I would hate to get rid of something I loved only to miss it for the rest of my life, or go chasing after it again. Must keep INFI, must keep INFI... :thumbup:

There are some pieces of INFI that some people should not keep! Don't assume anything based on the more experienced postings here! In other words, what you got?

The one I miss the most is also the one I feel best about letting go. The new owner loves it, uses it and even posts pics!
