Which compass do you use?

I do need to get my own decent compass. I was a Scout Leader for the last 4 years, and I never had to get my own. Just used the scout ones.

I don't really know much about quality which ones to recommend.
 
I like the Suunto MC2G.

The global needle is good because you can use it all over the world, and for those who don't travel all over the world, it's still nice because you don't have to hold the compass exactly parallel to the ground to get a good reading. I think you can be off as much as 20 degrees.

Also, on the Suunto, the declination scale is printed such that you can read it while adjusting, rather than having to keep flipping the thing over.
