I believe Switzerland bans one handers over 2 inches.

The Norwegian knife law has just been reinterpreted -- without any form of democratic process -- to mean that ANY knife; lockblade or no; one-hand-opener or no, is forbidden in the city.
This in spite of the law clearly saying "except for honorable use", and Parliament publicly stating when the law was passed that "this is not intended to outlaw Swiss Army knives and such small pocket-knives, of course". Now people get jailed for peeling apples in public parks, and fined for carrying Leathermans.....
