Which custom CQC would you pick?

I'd sure like a Super Commander Custom. Another knife to "not carry". Anyway a Super Commander in satin, plain blade, the old style blade [with the fancy grind], like the current waveless Commander would be way cool. Bling the scales add color anealed liner, make it a show piece.

Someone sold a fixed blade Emerson that must have been a machete on eBay for $2.5K+. Last custom Emerson I saw was a CQC 5 which went in less than six hours for $800 as a Best Offer. Another earlier one went for $1000 in less than 3 hours in a Buy It Now.

I don't know how it works but there's a Custom CQC-12 up on eBay now for $750 - $850 Buy It Now. Hope this doesn't break board custom.
 
Like I said, I don't know the custom here, so let me tell you how to search for it. CQC "highest price" "all categories".
I keep bidding on things that eBay pulls...
They just pulled a DA Valloton/Emerson. Wonder why?
 
that cqc 12 had no box, and i'm not too sure abt the condition though...Not exactly NIB...but i'd agree it's a pretty good buy...esp since Ernie's fav design at present is the CQC 12...and he carries a Full Titanium Handle 12..

Sure. OK, not in the market for Emerson customs at this point, just passing on info as the item is as you noticed somehow buried. Don't know that the box makes that much of a difference but I'll trust your judgement. Besides his liting style is way cavalier, surprised me when I found it. The Strider in the picture is on sale in a seperate auction and has a bid on it. Probably all ended by now anyway.

When I check in the morning and an emerson custom comes up for Buy It Now it's gone by the afternoon.
 
there is a CQC9 for sale in the for sale forums right now for ~$1000 which is a smoking deal on one of those, i would buy it myself but i just dont wanna spend that much cash on a knife right now, i know i'll kick myself 6 months from now though lol.
