Which discontinued Benchmade models would you like to see return to production???

Fixed Grip with G10 scales in 154CM with Rc 60+
Rant - Make it is USA with 154CM with Rc 60+ and change the handle material to G10

Of course the Rukus + mini

I would like to see the Vex again. This time with titanium liners and a S30V blade. That would be awsome!

You can't tell me that a spear point manual Stryker ( 910/9130 Hybrid) wouldn't sell. 154CM steel, G10 handle and even a 410ss Linerlock.

806 and 805 with a newer steel such as S30V (I don't say M390 because that would cut into the value of the recent LE runs).

ETA: Of course, I would not complain about the original steel (D2 & 440C) if it meant new knives in these models. :)

to the gentleman who said tastes change.........isn't that the truth.

I can remember a couple years back. I had been collecting knives for a little while, but I was just getting into actually spending money on knives. A local brick and mortar had the Full size Rukus selling for $176 and a gorgeous Limited Edition Bronzed Bk-blade Skirmish that they were selling for $199. I could have gotten both of them for next to nothing compared to the prices now......but, I felt like the Skirmish was too big ( now its exactly the size I want ) and I just wasn't sure about the ergos on the Rukus ( now I love it )

I've been dying to get a Skirmish ever since then and a guy finally emailed me that he had that same model that I was looking for......the limited edition Bronze Slabs and Black blade, so I jumped on it, only to realize afterwards that it was a 635, not a 630. So, now, I've got a beautiful Skirmish that I've got to sell because its just too small for my hands because its a Mini.

I would love to see them re-release both the Skirmish and the Rukus. Sure, the limited numbers make them desirable, but I want them because they're damn good knives, not necessarily for collectors value.

Benchmade's proven it can make a high quality mid-lockback knife in the Lone Wolf Landslide series. As a big fan of the older Ascent line, long discontinued yet remaining a hot seller, I would vote for a return to making simpler knives based on tried and true technology. Want an inexpensive alternative to appeal to the masses? Get a lockback in the lineup for $50, make it here in the USA, and watch it sell like hotcakes...!

I 100% agree. I used to have one and really miss it. I've been trying to find another on the forums or online and can't find one anywhere.

806 would be my choice. In fact, I have looked for one several times since BM discontinued this knife but have never been able to find the right combination of condition and price.

I'd love to see the AFCK/806 come back into regular production. I'd also like the Skirmish back, with the option for tip-up carry added, and handle scale options.
