Simple survey; don't overthink it. It is not model specific. Just go with your subjective gut instinct.

One of the first two.
Sometimes I think plain, and sometimes Micarta. I bought the first Micarta sold at Blade 05 ten long years ago, and I still can't decide which I prefer. I finally gave up on trying:p

Your survey missed all my favorites. I guess plain tops micarta and carbon fiber.

This is the category I fall into as well.

I love the look and feel of the carbon fiber scales, but the plain blasted titanium are a close second:)

Yes, there are many configurations which when combined with hardware coloration makes for lots of variations. I'm just trying to keep it simple. I realize that the favorite of most folks may not even be on that list, but as between those three alone, what do folks like the most?

Looking at the results so far, I must say that there is no way I would have guessed what the results are beginning to look like, but then again, I am a noob in the CRK world.

Full carbon fiber for me. The weight savings is fantastic. For those who haven't tried one, you don't know what you're missing.

I voted for micarta inlays, but I fall in the group between the plain jane scales and the inlays. I've carried both equally, and can only slightly give an edge to the micarta.

Prepare to be amazed! The Small carries like a feather and the Large carries like a Small. It would be interesting to know how many people who voted in the first two categories ever actually handled a KACF Sebenza. I'd suspect way less than half or the results would probably look a whole lot different.

From the list I would bounce between the plain and micarta. My carry for the last 6 to 8 months has been a WC/CRK Starbenza 21 with polished handles. Leaving the cuts sandblasted give it more than enough grip.

I'm with you, only in reverse order. The Small Micarta would have been my second choice. As it is, I ended up with a Small KACF and a Small Ironwood. Obviously I'm not complaining about the Ironwood, but the KACF gets a lot more pocket time. :)

I had one. No thanks. I think there are a lot of titanium fans out there (inlays are still ti in my mind). I like a bit heavier, more stout feel.

Sebenza's are kind of on the light side already.

Out of the options I would go plain jane, scales are not my thing. Given a choice, I like the starbenza handles.

The Ti weight is just right(for me), and it also feels better balanced when both scales weight the same(IMO). I've never cared for a knife with Ti on one side and a much lighter material on the other.
