Lets get some cool Esee VS Turkey pics in the kitchen or in the field, whatever.

I'm going to a chefs house for T-day, I'm sure he has his own elite cutlery and could care less about my 5. But I'd love to see your Turkey slicin' Esee pics!

It would be fun to hack at one with my Junglas, but then someone might get upset and feel like I had mistreated the turkey like a wild boar or something. :D ;)

Meeting half of my fiance's family for the first time so I think this year its a no-go :D:D:D

I'll be employing my fabulous RC-6. As much panache in the kitchen as in the woods:)

Lite Machete. Time is money.

It also has the added benefit of reach. I can stab a piece from the far end of the table without getting up.

Magus,

I can understand how 'hack' might be used with the Junglas but in front of the mother in law you might might want to show the elegance of the cutting edge so fire up the fine stone and serve the bird with style. :)

P.S. All my experience has been gained by error...:o

True to my word, I used the six for carving today. Shaving sharp before and shaving sharp after:)
Hope everyone is enjoying the day.

We had a guest over. I did not feel like bringing an "aftermarket knife" to the table. I did this on left overs :p
