Which ESEE are you cutting your turkey with?

I was going to use my -4, but when i went to pick up the turkeyto put it on a plate to carve, it fell apart - no knife needed.
I love my new 30 qt fryer....

I gifted a RC-4 (that's what is says on the blade) to a friend and he did me proud today!

awesome pics guys. unfortunately I had to use a plain 'ol carving knife, freshly sharpened of course though. :D
then I had to watch UT lose to A&M. :(

The turkey was deep fried so no need to really cut, but the HEST took all the meat off of a ham bone.

By the way, pork fat makes a great smelling coating for the blade.

Thinking about using the Lite Machete to cut a slice of Pecan Pie at 12:30 AM.
I;m totally drunk :bad idea:

I had to copy this. lol.

It's 1:00 AM and I'm craving junk food.

I can't believe I didn't see this post sooner! I used my brand new 6 on my turkey and ham. I used a wedge on the wood for the pit...lost opportunity!!!!

I used My Izula to gut/clean it. Didnt cook it yet, but my store bought Turkey was so tender I didnt even use a knife. For the first time this year I soaked it in brine per Alton Brown advice,,,,,,,Very Good!

That's great stuff, right there. See what I mean about the reach it gives you? Why bother standing up if you don't have to? Conserve energy for the apocalypse, you're gonna need it.:D
