I've shot the 500. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I ONLY shot it once, though. It was a friend's, at a shoot, and he was letting everyone shoot it. You definitely knew it was powerful.

I liked the .500. I had the 6 1/2” half lug barrel. The recoil was mild for me. I’ve been shooting heavy calibers since I was 12 starting with a 44 mag. The worst in terms of recoil was my 3 3/4” Ruger SBH Bisley w/ 320grain BB +p+ loads. That thing was an absolute bear.
 
G48 in a Vedder Light Tuck at 4:00 on warm weather days. Cold days it's a G32 same holster and position.

I'd like to carry AIWB, but my midsection says otherwise.
