Which folder for my girlfriend?

My girlfriend was also apalled at the pink Spydies, but the Cricket was a gift from Sal Glesser himself so she's decided to make an exception (sssshhh, don't tell Sal

). Besides, it finishes her "Cricket Collection rather nicely.

Which folder for your girlfriend?

If shes' cute you could probably get a Sebenza for her on an even trade.

If not you could probably only get a Benchmade.

my girlfriend came with me to the 98 blade show in atlanta, and after going all over the show and trying out a plethora of knives, the only ones she liked in the least were the elishewitz, so i got her one of those

I've said it before and I will stick with it.....

Try to get at least 2 knives for your girlfriend. It makes you feel like you got the best end of the trade.

I say why ask us? Ask her! Take her shopping or is your girlfriend the only woman in the world who doesn't enjoy that particular pastime?

I once took the sexist approach of trying to determine which handgun my wife should look at. Here I was discussing .38s, .380s, single stack nines, even a Beretta Jetfire with the fellas at the store. Big mistake. She was never going to buy a pistol she hadn't shot herself. That is always great advice, but I had forgotten it cause I was the exxxpurt!

My wife and I went to the range, rented some pistols, and now this five foot two, 110 lb woman packs a stainless Colt Officer's model because she thinks the big bore is intimidating to the bad guys and fun to shoot as the trigger pull is always single action. Go figure.

Take your gal shopping and let her pick. Don't criticize, but be helpful nonetheless. When the choice is made go, "one for you, and now one for me."

That night should go pretty well.
