I`ll have to go with the bm710. Best knife I`ve ever owned for 100.00 bucks. Several different posts have talked about ergonomics. Personnally the feels better in my hand than the military. It locks much stronger than the military. And the action has got to be the smoothest ever put on a folder. My favorite, of course because I am a bm fan. I`m just glad we have so many new and exciting knives to choose from today. Any of the knives on above would work well for you I`m sure. Being an old knife nut, I remember my only choice for years was the buck 110 and it`s shorter little brother.No clip, no one hand opening, heavy and very poor blade to handle ratio. But I still carried one for years and it was high tech then. It served me well. Now I feel like I`m in knife heaven, so many great choices!
