Which folding EDC under $75 and 3 inch max?

My minigrip seems a little more "heavy duty" when I use it compared to my delica.
 
The spyderco native was a great mention. That's basically everything the op described wanting. Not mention to it's $60 on amazon.

the benchmade is probably going to give you the most satisfaction when you open the box, but in actual use, the delica might be the better knife...

Is the blade the reason for why the knife feels flimsy or is it the construction of the handle.

Really looking hard at the Saber Grind version of the delica 4, does that include full metal liners as well?
