Which folding knive to go for???

How about looking at some of the numerous CASE models? Bound to be something there that appeals:thumbup:

What German knives would you recommend by the way?

I´m in love with some vintage Case knives such as Sharktooth or Sunfish, the Bulldog looks nice too but I think it´s a little bit too large.

Concerning German knives I like the Boker Classic 2002-2007, 2000, 3000 and 4000.

Puma Custom, 4 Star and Deer Hunter are fine knives as well IMHO:thumbup:

I could need some help from you finding some nice folding knives.

Some of my requests:

- only one blade
- not too small and not too big (Al Mar Sere 3003, Gerber Parabellum etc. are FAR TOO big)
- no "tactical" look with serrated edge or clips
- handle made from Micarta, wood or horn / bone
- no scrolled or coated blade

All in all I´m interested in knives for every day use

Clearly, you need a Buck 112 . In fact, they're talking about them over that the Buck forum now.

Same question, but how about specifying liner lock, Wharncliffe blade and no more than 3.75" closed.
Thanks

Oh! Good answer already here.
The Benchmade Opportunist seems very interesting.
I have a Spydie Kiwi and Poliwog on the way. Also a Kershaw minitask (wish it were plain edge) and I'm trying to sneak up on another old knife with similar traits. Just hope my competition is out cooking, sparkling and having a few adult beverages.

Yes, I am on a blade buying binge. Might actually be time to stop shopping and start sharpening.

Good idea, the Buck 110 is already on my wish list, its smaller brother looks nice as well:)

911rescue, Here's some inspiration for you...

Nickle-silver bolsters, BG-42 blade, and asian water-buffalo scales...
