Which Hooflex?

I went to the local feed store searching for Hooflex for handle care on my khukuri. They had two types. One was a thick liquid with a brush in the cap and the other was a salve in a plastic tub. (Both were expensive.) Which type do you use on your handles?

The stuff in the tube, it should have more bees wax and lanolin. I use a hair dryer to worm up the horn first.

Beeswax and lanolin, that should work pretty well on the scabbard too. On the otherhand, too much lanolin might relax the scabbard. Any idea what the other ingedients are?
