Which is Better the Rat 1 or the Utilitac II

For true EDC, I prefer the RAT-1's:



But for heavy duty use, it's probably not the best choice (but, then again, that's why I always have a fixed blade nearby).
 
As much as I like the 'Tacs, at this point I still have a slight preference for the RAT series. The blade profile is just spot on for an EDC "Jack of all Trades" knife.
