Which is your favorate Battle Misstress

FFFBM ... The meltdown treatment does not do it for me.

I'm with Uncle Jarvis on this one, as much as I like the added size of the NMFBM, the actual "meltdown" isn't my thing, and I generally try to avoid hand shaped handles.

You know what they say about different strokes. The meltdown is what convinced me to order one. It will be the perfect companion to my Commander when it gets back from Clark's next year.

Yeah, with good lighting, you can make any old sow's ear into a silk purse.

Right like these ... :p

I wasn't sure about the knife but when I saw Ducci's at Blade I was glad I got two.

For sure! Definitely not complaining. I know it's a great blade for everyone who wants it - and there's no shortage of people who want it!:thumbup::thumbup:

I just wait patiently for what comes next! :D

For sure , Your absolutly right .....

I still would like to handle one... What prevented me in getting the NMFBM was lack of funds. If I could easily afford it I would love to have at least one.
Either way I am sure I'll get one down the line out of sheer curiosity .

Crap....!!!! I still need to handle a SHBM. Passed up too many opportunities.. :grumpy:

If Jerry were to decide at any point to take some NMFBM blanks and have em offered up non-meltdown style, with the usual machined slabs - I'd be all over it.

Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks.

That would be very sweet !!

Heck , how about making it .32" thick also... My FFFBM has been feeling a bit light. What would that be call though?? XXXL FBM ! :D:D

Seeing the grinds and the edge geometry on those NMFBM LE's makes me even sadder that I did not have the scratch to grab one.

Jaxx posted some very nice photos of his #27.

I really like the CGFBM's a lot, and would like to try one to compare to the FBMLE.

I have only held my FFBMLE with hand shaped handles. I would like to try one with the ridges on it just to compare the feel.

But it gets the job done.

Exactly.

You must have gotten some lighting tips from the Playboy staff because, to quote Ricky Bobby, those are "like a tractor beam of hotness."
:D

I so agree Guyon!!!!

Those are really nice Tony G.

and I know it just the lighting but man that is some good lighting.

I'll throw my 2 cents in ans say the standard CGFBM is my favorite. Just about perfect for me in every way. NOW, that said, if you include the Basic 9 as a bastard child of the BM's, then I think that would elbow out the FBM as my favorite BM.

Jerry really needs to put out some Res-C Battle Mistress'

My 1/100 SHBM. It's light in the hand and it's a good chopper. Plus the sentimental value/ history of that knife.
