Which is your favorite Kit Carson knife?

Hmmmmm, well I have two, first was a F4 neck knife in Damascus and stag and my second is a Model 4 in Stellite & Stag. I would show you a pic here, but Blues has threatened me with banishment if I ever post them here again. :p

But, my favorite would have to be the one that's not made yet.

That's exactly what he said to me about the 3 ti grooved folders me and my buddy have on order. Must be good to be king.


It's a good thing I have these 2 model 4's to hold me over.
 
I've got a large Model 4 False Edge on order.... it should arrive approx. 2 years from now. :(

Ah shucks, I can't make up my mind. I will tell you this, my small 16 with stellite gets the most use/carry.

This is my favorite Carson, a small Model 4 Hunter. It's my only Carson, for now. I have a small clip point ordered. Only a little less then 2 years to go.;)

I know your intent was good, but we are trying to keep the commerce out of the threads on this forum.

On top of that, the thread was about favorite Carson knives not about sources of Carson knives or the purveyors that may carry them.

If the dealer you speak of wishes to place a post in the For Sale Forums, I'm sure Spark will be happy to have him join up.

I'm going to edit the post to remove the number.

I currently have a large Model 4 and an M16. I seem to carry the M16 in a belt pouch for EDC:) But my absolute favorite Carson would be an M16 with a Stellite blade:D

medium Carson M4, 420v blade steel, burgundy micarta scales, and bead blast finish.
everything about it is perfect. no blade play what so ever.
i work this one to death. really all the sharpening i do on it is touch it up on ceramics every few days. its got a few dings and scratches (very light,however) from using and dropping it :rolleyes:

cant wait for my next one.
