A hard question to answer I know, like asking which is your favourite child, but if you could only keep one Carothers knife which would it be? And if you can, say why?

Right now it’s the SDFK which is the only model I own I should be getting a Kep tomorrow but I think the SD will still be my fav after that.
However, once I actually use them, that could change.

I am a CPK newbie. I love my Kephart and think it will be my go-to woods knife, but I have an SDFK on the way and something tells me it will be the ideal trail/woods/property-chores knife.
Seeing y’alls photos of different models, I think the favorite one would be the one in your hand at the time.

if I could go back and not have had to sell my light chopper I'd say my light chopper.

life happens and I guess looking back I wasn't in a place where I could afford to own awesome knives without being way more disciplined financially.

Two weeks ago, I would have said my FK2.....but then I got the SDFK. And right now, it's a tie between those two.

Don't make me choose, I can't do it. There's enough room in my heart for two CPKs. Wait - that came out wrong. Don't get any ideas.
