Which Knife got the Most Pocket Time in 2022?

I'd have to say that these got the most pocket time throughout this year. I carried either just one or both of the multitools almost every work day and some weekends. Out of my folding knives these guys are what I seemed to put in my pocket most.

Impossible to say. Since August, the Biryukov #12 and Cheburkov Strizh seen a lot of pocket time. Since early July the Demko ad20.5 CPM-3V has also been frequently carried.

The PM2 and Manix 2 are always in the weekly rotation, so I guess one of those, maybe the Southard too.

I've been switching around a lot this year. I usually carry a knife in a sheath rather than a pocket. I have a few non-locking knives that I carry in a pocket when I'm going some place where I do not want to open carry, such as a hospital, but that is hardly an everyday thing.

As for the knife that I have carried the most the past year, that would be the fixed-blade Mora Kansbol. I've also tried ESEE, Bradford, Real Steel, Ruike, CS, and a few others, but I keep going back to the Kansbol. The other knives I mentioned are all excellent knives, but the sheaths are not all so good. And I find that I prefer a blade at least 4 inches for farm chores.

I'm running 60 Amps of heaters off a generator to try to save some of my wife's subtropical plants. This takes about 35 gallons of gas per day. I have about half a dozen different kinds of gas cans, and all of them suck. The one in the photo is the least sucky, but it has a filter in the filler neck that is a constant PITA. I was using the Kanbol to unstick the filter, which worked fine, although a duller knife might have been better. Then I tried to pull the filter out with pliers, but the filter just broke into little pieces. The I tried poking some holes in the botton of the filter with the Kansbol. That worked, but the knife was all the way into the can except a fraction of the butt, so nothing to photograph there. After more experimentation, I found that I could poke holes in the filter with a large screwdriver.

It is amazing that modern society has managed to screw up a simple gas can and make them almost useless. Do yourself a favor and get these motorsports jugs (can't call them gas cans). They are geared toward the off-road motorcycle community and are sold even in the convenance stores near me. They work well.

Those jugs look great! A long flexible spout would be just what I need! I'm trying to use a siphon, but that is tricky. Thanks!

PM2 is with me if I have pants on🤣. I always carry 3+ Blades, but the PM is always there. It just does what I want a folder to do. The fixed blade most with me has been a Dozier Prof Guides knife.
