Which knife sharpener do you use/suggest?

Yes. I have a BM-Emerson 975 which is chisel-ground AND a tanto blade (I wish I could change my mind on that tanto. I'll never buy another). But don;t expect your chisel ground to be close to 30 or 40 degrees. Chances are it'll be 50 or 55...just a guess. So you have to lay the edge up against the stones and study it a bit... take your time, then do your best to duplicate that angle as you sharpen.
 
I just recently bought the Lansky deluxe system. After a short learning curve, I decided that I really like it. I found if you lightly hold your thumb over the rod, it will keep it from jumping around. It put the most even and sharp edge I've seen in a long time on my EDC. It is more complicated to put the clamp on but for the final looks and edge you get, I am more than happy with it. I will probably get the sharpmaker next. I want my knives as sharp as possible.
